I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciated Chelsea being my nurse. I have had diabetes for 22 years. I came in due to high blood sugars and I was upset that my blood sugars were not coming down. One of the qualities that I most admire and respect is her professionalism and respectfulness she had towards me. She explained things to me so I could understand them. She made me feel comfortable and treated me not only as a patient but also as a friend, and I really appreciated that!She deserves this award because in my 22 years and many hospital stays, I have never had a nurse I requested again. She enjoyed being my nurse as much as I did her! She is excellent!
