I came into the hospital because there was something wrong with my brain. It’s scary to have something like that wrong. Chelsea sat with me after my seizures as I cried. She showed genuine concern for me like I was part of her family, not just a patient. She brought my anxiety down from a 10 to a 3. She talked with me, always made me laugh, and was constantly checking in on me to see how I was doing. When this all started, I was hating life and was in a depression. She pulled me out of the depression and now I’m ready to fight for my life back. The world could use a lot more people like Chelsea.
