Chelsey consistently strives to be the best version of herself, both personally and professionally. Her ability to adapt to the ever evolving healthcare system is one of her greatest strengths. She is a dedicated advocate —not only for patients and their families, but also for the staff on Labor and Delivery. Her leadership and compassion truly make a difference every day. Chelsey has grown into her role as a nurse manager. Her growth, dedication, and leadership are inspiring to everyone on our team. She has additionally improved many metrics on our unit, including RN engagement, PPH rates, patient satisfaction, NTSV-C rates, and RN turnover.
