I’m submitting this nomination on behalf of a patient who sent a message after leaving LCHC. He was very emotional and wanted to make sure the nurse got recognized for the kind and excellent care he received during two procedures. He received a staggering diagnosis and was overwhelmed. He felt everyone needed to know about the kindness he received and that this specific nurse was very appreciated!
