Chelsie Brown, RN

Over the past 6 weeks, I have had some serious problems with my asthma.  I have been in and out of multiple ER rooms with little or no help and care.   After being admitted here, Chelsie began to immediately make me feel more comfortable and informed.

Chelsie was very kind and compassionate.  She explained things very clearly to me and kept me informed on all my treatment plans.  She made sure to check on me often and make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was information or a random drink.  She was always quick and always smiling.  

There was one point in my stay during which my anxiety ran extremely high after an important call I received.  She very quickly realized that I was not quite myself and immediately began to help.  Asking if I needed anyone to talk to, making sure I had every opportunity to have assistance while my support was away.

I have been to many hospitals over my asthma; Chelsie is one of those truly sent to help people.  She radiates kindness, compassion, hope, and help.  She went above and beyond what I had expected from a hospital.  Thank you for everything you have done for me.  This hospital is blessed to have you.
