Chelsie was nominated by a family member for her service excellence when caring for a disabled patient. The family member acknowledged that working with a disabled patient could be complicated and frustrating. She went on to say that in all her years dealing with her loved one's health issues she never met another RN who has been more understanding, compassionate, and patient. In her nomination, the family member wrote, "Chelsie took the time to look him in the eyes and speak clearly to him so he could understand her. She was very patient and never rushed anything."
