Chelsie came to the NICU with an open mind and has truly created our ideal work environment. She has fully staffed the unit and always takes care of everyone during busy times with dinner and snacks. She listens to our concerns and quickly follows up. Chelsie has truly embodied the Mission of our Ministry and we are so grateful to have her.
