Chelsy is an outstanding Nurse, Leader, and Team Player. She is well respected by all her unit staff and patients. I know most of what I have learned on this floor thanks to her. It's refreshing to see a nurse with many years of experience and knowledge always willing to help her staff in all duties. No duty is beneath her. The way she cares and shows all her patients compassion and goes above and beyond for their needs and advocates when needed. She takes her time to make any moment a teaching moment. She is always cleaning and disinfecting the unit and looking to help anyone in need (families, patients, and staff).
