Chennel was very caring and attentive as soon as I arrived at the hospital. I had been involved in a car accident due to loss of blood and passed out on the expressway. She kept me alive twice. Her smart thinking and special training kept me alive. She did her job above and beyond. She whispered in my ear "I will not let you die today". She made sure every aspect of her training went into play and she saved my life. She made sure the procedures that I was about to be given would not kill me. She gave me a blood transfusion and she knew what course of action to take. I am forever grateful for meeting her. Coming from a law enforcement family, the Lord puts us in special places to help people. He put me in Hinsdale Hospital to meet this nurse. My family and I will forever be in her debt! God Bless her!
