Cher Sadler was my mom’s ER Trauma nurse when she fell and dislocated her shoulder. She was so attentive and made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible. She answered all of my questions and kept a close check on us.
I left the hospital at 2:30 AM, and my phone had died. I told her I had to stop at a truck stop or somewhere to get a charger, and she said no one should stop at this time of night. She gave me her personal charger and told me to travel safely.
I left my mother with her to call with any updates. She called me the next morning with a complete update on her status and gave me the room number she was being admitted to.
When I went back on Monday to visit my mom, she told me that Sadler had popped in that morning to check on her after her shift. My mom was very grateful.
She is a fine example of an excellent nurse, and I would want someone just like her if I were sick. She went above any expectations I had that night.
