Cheri embodies what being a good nurse and leader is. I swear she is working two jobs here just to make sure we stay afloat as a department. She works in the unit clerk position, staff nurse, charge nurse, all while fulfilling her duties as a supervisor. She truly deserves recognition for all she does.
