When we entered the floor, Cheri treated us as if we knew her our whole life. She explained exactly what was going to happen and that she will be there after my husband's procedure. There was another nurse that greeted us and Cheri explained to her that she would take care of us; I was so happy and so was my husband. My husband thinks she is amazing, professional, timely, and pleasant. Cheri, best nurse of the year.
