Cherie set up a computer for my granny to watch her grandson's college graduation, which she had to miss while she was in the ICU. When the website the University had provided didn't work, Cherie called the University to troubleshoot the situation. Cherie really went the extra mile so my granny could be a part of her grandson's special day, and it meant the world to my granny and us.
