Cherilyn is an exceptional nurse. She cares for her patients with the utmost compassion and diligence. She is dedicated to providing the best possible care for every mother and child she cares for.

I would most like her recognized for her dedication to our staff and our department. Cherilyn has been an amazing champion at finding ways to make Saddleback the best place to work. She is one of the heads of our Teamwork committee. When our committee meets she always brings new and innovative ideas to help us work better as a team and provide the best care we can to our patients. She is thoughtful, resourceful and dependable. She listens to everyone's ideas without judgment and follows through to determine the best course of action. Most importantly, she practices what she preaches. When she is in charge or working on the floor she leads by example. She looks for opportunities to help others and she is the first person to the bedside in an emergency. When she works I know that no matter what situation I face that she will be by my side helping me achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients.
