Cherise Lincoln, BSN, RN

Cherise is known for her big heart that is full of compassion. Not only does she strive to ensure safe, high-quality care but she also greets patients, patients’ families, and coworkers with a smile. It is not uncommon for patients to recognize Cherise for providing excellent care, and always showing positive gestures that solidify her commitment to providing patient-centered quality care. Cherise is also the lead preceptor on 6 west Renal PCU. I enjoy watching her train new nurses with a focus aimed at improving patient outcomes, and doing what is right for the patient. Cherise teaches her orientates to always be sensitive to patient needs, critical think and show compassion. Cherise frequently puts the needs of others before her own. She is one of my team members who will check to see how I am doing, and let me know she is there if I need anything (me the leader…).
