Cherri Rose, RN

We had an autistic patient in the ICU. She was non-verbal and very difficult to console. On this day, Cherrie was extremely patient, compassionate, and caring. She took her time with the patient, working with her, feeding her, and just loving on her. She went above and beyond with her care of this patient. No one else could control or help this patient, but Cherrie did. She even smiled and pointed at Cherri.
