Chery Bodkin, RN

When I went in a room to give end-of-shift report with Chery, the patient (a young guy with a new ostomy) tried to hold it back but started crying with joy and relief to know that Chery would be his nurse again for the second night in a row. Chery had been so caring and helpful to him the night before! His wife and family members were at the bedside, and through the tears, he praised and praised her for all she had done for him physically and mentally. Chery was a true DAISY Nurse during this extremely difficult time in his life!
