I was set to have knee surgery and Nurse Shari was my pre-op and post-op nurse. Shari was an outstanding nurse. Her sense of humor did wonders to help keep my nervousness in check. The ability to do paperwork, set up the IV, and explain what is coming, all with a smile and a laugh takes a special person. The mishap with the glove will leave me seeing them in a new and funny light.
