When I first got my granddaughter a year ago, she couldn’t do anything and was completely underweight to have a feeding tube. My nurse gave her heart to the baby, and she is doing things the doctors said she never would. She advocates for the best treatments for my granddaughter with the doctors who don’t see her daily. My nurse genuinely loves her and has become a member of our family. My nurse uses her outreach skills to acquire the equipment needed to help my granddaughter build her strength, which we do not have the resources for. In conclusion, my nurse always stays on schedule and dedicates her time to my granddaughter. I would not trade my nurse for the world, and she deserves recognition for her personal sacrifices and exceptional performance.
