Cheryl responds to every emergency situation on the floors and units. When she is on duty and 5 Seidman has an emergency situation, she quickly reports to the room. What is awesome about Cheryl is that she educates and explains what she is doing in the code. She is very patient with newer nurses and encourages them to participate in the emergency situation. Cheryl has helped me do the documentation during codes. She reviewed the documentation afterward and pointed out areas needing improvement. She does this in a nice meaningful way. Cheryl makes a difference to the night shift.
