Each time I attend an appointment in the VA Women’s clinic, Cheryl Crouse is consistently caring and compassionate. Her professionalism and entire demeanor is extraordinary and never waivers. When I had a Mirena inserted it had to be removed approximately 3 weeks after due to a complication. I had it removed in the ER, but due to no one available in the ER with OB/Gyn expertise, Cheryl came over to assist. She held my hand and comforted me throughout the entire ordeal. I will always remember her genuine concern and understanding. She went above and beyond in my opinion and should be acknowledged for her actions amongst her peers. Her entire department is exceptional but she is a stand out.
