cheryl dilly, LPN

Cheryl is an LPN on A floor at the Green Home. She has worked there since December of 1998. I have had the pleasure of working as a nursing assistant with her for many years and now continue to observe her skills from my office as well as the room that my father lives in on her unit. Cheryl has always been a very kind-hearted, caring nurse. She puts the needs of her residents ahead of everything else. She goes into my father's room every day with a smile on her face and always has something cheery to share that puts a smile on his face. My father has been a resident for 2 years and loves all his caregivers, but Cheryl is one of his "favorite pharmacists" as he calls her. She is always on time with his medication and picks up on anything new that should be addressed with his care. It is a comfort to me on the days I am not working to know that she is there with him. Cheryl is a great asset to The Green Home and we are very lucky to have her.
