Cheryl Hoagland, RN, BSN

In the short time Cheryl has been the manager of 5 East, she has created an environment of trust, transparency, and respect, where she is always available and accessible to staff. She encourages and supports creative suggestions on ways to improve staffing issues. She makes herself available to come in and take a team of patients when necessary. She has advocated for 5 East since day one. We trust and believe she has and will communicate our needs and priorities to leadership. She works daily to promote a safe and friendly environment. On any given day she is here, you will find her offering assistance to the nurses and aids helping with admits and discharges when needed.
