Cheryl is a role model to other nurses. She inspires them to do their best when caring for patients and when completing projects for the unit. She gives thanklessly of her time to assist her team with whatever they need. Her compassion for others is genuine. She is able to form strong bonds with patients and their families because of her sincerity. Cheryl is the type of nurse that makes her patients better with her care, but brightens their days with her nurturing demeanor—the same applies to her staff.
