Cheryl Mazany has each and every PETALS! She has been exceptionally gentle, caring, and quite attentive to my mother during her entire stay in the ED. Even though she is attending to several patients; I can see her quickly making her rounds to assist each patient with earnest care and genuine concern, even for the family members. She asks about the families' concerns and tries to take care of them all. She made our stay in the ED much easier. Hats off to Cheri!
