May 2026 Honoree
Cheryl Menzsa, RN
Cheryl Menzsa has been a steadfast presence in my medical care for several years while my spouse has been stationed in Hawaii. She is consistently attentive to my needs and responds to my messages with remarkable promptness. Over the years, she has guided me through various health concerns from sports injuries to infertility, and everything in between. During each encounter, she has offered a kind, listening ear alongside sound clinical recommendations.
Furthermore, I have the distinct privilege of being Cheryl's co-worker. Day in and day out, I observe her interactions with her patients. She consistently maintains a calm demeanor, handling each individual with exceptional ease and grace. Drawing on her 12 years of experience at our clinic, she is a profound wealth of knowledge. Her dedication to her craft is evident, and it is wonderfully clear how much she loves what she does. I deeply appreciate everything Cheryl does for our patients, as well as the unwavering support she has provided me personally. I am truly thankful and blessed to have such a wonderful nurse and colleague. It is an honor to nominate Cheryl for the DAISY Award, a recognition she so richly deserves.
