As a Vietnam vet suffering from PTSD, I struggle with high stress and anxiety causing me to miss my appointments. On a recent visit, I was escorted by my family member to my appointment. Cheryl was very patient and calming; she took the time to explain the process and symptoms and even anticipated my questions. I was having a very bad day and Cheryl had an uncommon effect on me, changing my state of mind during a time when I was not at my best. Cheryl is an exceptional nurse and truly has and showed compassion toward me so much so that my family member notice how caring she was toward me. Cheryl is truly committed to servicing us veterans.
