Cheryl always had a smile for us from the beginning of her shift to the minute she was off the clock. She was always on top of everything when it came to making my daughter comfortable as possible. She was very gentle and soft when it came to being with her. She was always consistent with following up with any procedures or administering of meds. Because my daughter was in such a critical condition upon admittance, she was always in pain or lethargic, but Cheryl always made sure she didn't leave our room unless she was given a sign of some sort from her that her pain had ceased. And often that sign would be her sleeping into a painless sleep or nap.
