Cheryle was wonderful and she would always be one step ahead of anything I needed. She was compassionate and direct which I really appreciated. When I was cold, there would be a warm blanket for me or a cup of tea; since I am on a fluid restriction, she told me to just ask and if I could have it she would get it for me. If not, she would let me know that too. Cheryle took the time to talk openly and candidly with me and I really appreciated her friendly and compassionate manner. I really think Cheryle exemplifies the finest of your nursing staff.
