We were very stressed about my husband's surgery due to a newly diagnosed bleeding disorder. I had some frustration and Cheska was so good about listening to my concerns and feedback. She truly listened and responded in an empowering way which is important for family members who can feel very powerless watching others handling their special someone. She was very caring and compassionate with my husband keeping us both informed and comfortable. She is genuine. She is really a special RN who makes the profession shine.
