September 2025 Honoree
Cheyenne Hallberg, BSN, RN
We have had terrific care for my mother during our stay at St Elizabeth. Cheyenne stood out as the most compassionate, supportive, and caring individual we've encountered. My mom's cancer has progressed to her brain, and she came down with a septic infection. While we were doing everything the doctors recommended for care, we knew we were probably at the point for palliative care. Cheyenne listened and helped explain what was happening and what would happen next. She patiently explained the options that the doctors had laid out for us. She checked on us frequently and was quick to provide my mom support when needed. I think Cheyenne is one of the finest nurses I have ever encountered.
Thank you, Cheyenne, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
