Cheyenne Robert, RN

Cheyenne was my night nurse during my stay. She deserves a DAISY Award for the way she advocated for me. She listened to my concerns and worked endlessly to ensure that someone from the trauma team looked at my chart and that my requests for care were heard. She took it upon herself to personally escort me to CT and ensure I received the scan I wanted. She demonstrated genuine empathy by listening attentively to all my concerns and validating my clinical judgment. When I expressed concern about an internal bleed I thought I was having, it was she who helped me watch the area and helped to advocate for me with the care team. Without her diligent efforts, this bleed would have been missed. Cheyenne truly saved my life and did it with warmth and grace.
