July 2020 Honoree
Cheyenne Solley, BSN, RN
Cheyenne took a poor situation and added a ray of pleasantness. Obviously, no one enjoys being in the hospital. When a patient is forced to disrupt their daily life it is a true blessing to have the help of a joyful, smiling, attentive, and positive individual. We ran into a disagreement with another nurse over the use of oxygen. Cheyenne (without our knowledge) took it upon herself to find a resolution. It speaks highly of someone when they willingly find the answer without being asked and without recognition.
Thank you, Cheyenne, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
