There are so many positive things to say about Chi. When she first walked in, she was a bundle of comfort and energy. But don’t let her small size fool you, because when I needed to get up, she was as strong as an ox and as gentle as a lamb. She pulled me up so smoothly and with ease. She’s got a fire in her that I haven’t ever seen in a nurse. She was patient and kind, loving yet strong, and stern when necessary. She will go above and beyond to do anything at all for you. Even little things, like going to get ice or Jello for me. And the most important thing is that she always had that beautiful smile on her face. She talked to me and showed an interest in me. I just want her to know how much I really care for her. She changed my life; this experience I will never forget, nor will I ever forget her either.
