Chia-Yen Lu has worked in ICU for 7 years and has promoted as an Assistant Head Nurse in November 2015. Chia-Yen is proud of being a nurse and always provides appropriate, as well as heartwarming care to patients.
For example, a patient was admitted to the hospital for implant removal. Chia-Yen paid a lot of attention to his pain control and sleep condition. The patient stated that Chia-Yen's bright and cheerful voice made him feel hopeful and forgot the pain temporarily.
Even in a stressful work environment, Chia-Yen still demonstrates good performance and treats patients as if they are her own family. We can say that she is our nursing role model.
