"I gave Caroline somewhat of a hard time at first and she did not get upset with me. After that, I realized I was wrong; she took it like a trooper and she went beyond what was expected of her to make me comfortable. She would make a great leader and maybe a teacher in her profession. Nurse Caroline is a very remarkable person and I am very happy to have had her as my nurse."
