Chitra Tate, BSN, RN

As soon as the shift started, Chitra Tate made a point to come into our room and address the concerns and issues that I had. She took it upon herself to set up a pain medication program, based off of the doctor's medicine orders, that would allow me less pain and more sleep. She was extremely compassionate in any request I had. I am not a fan of hospitals, but she provided a level of comfort that allowed the doctors to get the testing done that they needed. She was an incredible liaison between myself and the influx of doctors who were seeing me.
