Chloe Lenton deserves recognition not only for being the amazing nurse that she is but also for being an amazing example of a nurse to work with! Chloe is someone I know I can go to no matter what. It does not matter how silly the question is or if I want to double-check something. She does not judge and is very supportive. As a newer nurse, I appreciate the fact that she is so approachable and will talk you through anything- whether it is a procedure you are unfamiliar with, a condition you have never heard of, or a concern you have, and is both validating and respectful. Chloe does a great job of promoting a great environment at work -whether she is precepting or not, she is willing to teach, or support you and does a great job of helping everyone out during her shifts. I have observed Chloe on numerous occasions in how she takes care of patients and addresses their families, and I admire her approach.
