Chloe will go far in nursing, because she has a nurse’s heart.
Chloe Marie Lowe began the accelerated BSN program on the Oxford campus demonstrating the intelligence, caring, and compassion you would expect from a nursing student. This was just the beginning for Chloe and the impact she would have on classmates, patients, preceptors, and faculty. From a faculty viewpoint, I am very proud to have Chloe representing the UM School of Nursing in the clinical setting. I have only heard very positive comments from her preceptors and staff at the numerous clinical locations she has been at.
I would like to share a few of those comments, all from different preceptors or other nurses at her clinical sites: "One of the best students I have ever had." "She is so eager to learn and jumps right in on everything we are doing." "Such a wonderful student! She not only takes care of our patients but is always offering to help others." "I wish all students were as kind and compassionate as Chloe." "Chloe will go far in nursing, because she has a nurse’s heart." "Chloe is going to be an awesome nurse! Not only does she have the ability to apply her knowledge and critical thinking, and she also provides care for each patient in the same professional manner." "We would love to have Chloe as part of our team and hope she comes to work with us." "Our patients love her! They always ask when she is coming back to work." "Chloe is strong, smart, caring, kind, helpful, and the ultimate team player in the clinical setting. Thank you for letting me be her preceptor."
These are just a few of the many wonderful words that have been shared with me about Chloe Lowe from her preceptors and others she has been with and around in clinical. I believe that she will help to make a huge positive impact on the nursing profession. With her law degree and a nursing degree, she will be a force to be reckoned with.
