Nurse Chona gave extraordinary care to my daughter who is a preterm baby. There were a couple of times when I could not express milk for my baby but Chona gave me so much comfort. She is very much considerate by asking me how comfortable I am when I breastfed my baby and if I am okay with the chair. I think as a customer or client the most important thing is if the nurses make you at home and treat you as family. Nurse Chona did this for me and my baby.
