Chris Betts, RN

Chris is an extraordinary nurse. He is so professional yet personable. He’s never too busy to answer a question, assist my mom to the restroom, contact someone about a test, or visit to relax his patient. He’s compassionate, thoughtful, humorous, and shows great respect for not only the patient but also the family. His knowledge of his field is impressive. It was such a busy floor, but he always made us feel important. Imagine how good all his patients felt during his shift if we felt this way!

As Mom was being discharged, her escort, her roommate, and others commented how lucky we were to have him as our nurse. Each of them commented how he had gone above and beyond his job. University Hospitals, as well as every patient of his, is so lucky to have him as a nurse. The Hospital should be very proud of him. Thank you, Chris!
