Nurse Chris showed great compassion and caring towards the parents (us) of our daughter who was in the NICU for several days. She was the first nurse who asked if we would like to be present during medical procedures (i.e. IV changes) and let us "help" (by holding the pacifier, etc. She found special ways to help us feel part of her care, and was super encouraging about her progress. Nurse Chris didn't make us feel in the way, but an integral part of our daughter's life. Thank you!
