My daughter was seen in the ED and discharged with instructions to see the orthopedist. The next day I called back to ED because the referral wouldn't cross over. Chris helped over the phone throughout the day making sure the referral crossed. Then we couldn't get an appointment so he called the orthopedist personally to see what he could do to help get them anything they needed. Chris went the extra mile to see the patient's care through to the end. I appreciate his incredible effort for my daughter and her healing. He went above and beyond and was a blessing to our family in the middle of a rough week.
