I would like to take a few minutes to give praise to one of your ICU nurses. After a hernia repair, I developed a large abdominal hematoma. I returned to the ER Sunday because of a number of medical issues. It was decided to admit me and send me to the SICU until a decision was made for treatment. In your ICU, I had the great fortune to have Chris Dudas as my nurse. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, informative, and caring. (Just a few of his positive attributes!) I have lived in NYC, Hartford, CT, Denver, Orlando, Miami, Charleston, SC, and of course, Cleveland. I have been treated in hospitals in all of the above cities, and of all the nurses I have encountered, Mr. Chris Dudas is the best one! He made my unpleasant situation so much easier. Fairview Hospital is so fortunate to have Chris as their employee. He is such a positive credit to your hospital and his profession! Please thank him for me.
