Chris showed my mom great consideration, compassion, and patience as she explained a few of her concerns and difficulties. Some patient care items were not available, so he took the time to gather oral swabs and gel for my mom as she was experiencing frequent dry mouth from a procedure. His personable and calming nature soothed my mom's anxiety. Chris' gentle manner along with his welcoming smile put my mom at ease as he periodically assisted in attending to her care. Chris was sensitive to mom's modesty and would try to make sure she was covered as much as her care would allow. I felt fortunate to have him on the floor and as part of my mom's nursing team.
