Chris always does the right thing for the patients she helps behind the scenes. She has all of the knowledge and tools to help patients receive the care that they need. There have been numerous times when she has been a resource for others so they can get the correct service to help consult or guide patient care. I have leaned on her for help when I was unsure what to do in situations where I wasn't sure how or where to go for help. I am recognizing Chris for the service that she provides to patients and the service she renders to her coworkers. I am grateful to work with Chris!

Chris's actions make others want to be better. They learn from her and then apply what has been taught so they can get the care that patients need. She has helped guide, teach, and educate on numerous occasions so that time isn't wasted and patients get the proper care they need/deserve. She hasn't been afraid to step in and advocate for patients by guiding others to the proper processes and protocols. By doing this, she can indirectly help providers get the expertise they need to help patients get the best care possible.
