Chris Grant is not only an excellent med-psych RN, he is exceptional in his work ethic and service culture values. He consistently works with any of our most complex and challenging patients, learns their story and continually works to connect with their multiple psychiatric, medical, psychosocial and learning needs. His wisdom and experience helps him to prioritize and address all these elements of patient care in a very compassionate and matter-of-fact style. In anticipation of the complexity and multiple pieces of the discharge process, Chris will personally go to the discharge pharmacy to pick up their medications, facilitate discharge paperwork, and arrange for transportation for follow up appoints and housing needs. Chris is always a pleasure to be around. Any day spent working with Chris is a good day. He is a wonderful colleague and well respected team member here on 7N!
