Chris was so sweet and so very informative. All of the nurses would ask if I had questions and were very helpful,however,Chris really stood out. She came in and was so caring and knowledgeable about RSV; she made sure she explained in detail what she was doing or what the RT was going to do when he came in, etc. Whenever we called, she was quick to respond. I knew she had a lot going on with all of the patients in Peds this week,butshe never made me feel rushed to ask questions when she came in; she'd even come in just to check on me. That's so very important when you have an infant with RSV, very little sleep, and you're just wanting your little one to get better.
