My husband and I came in this morning at 10:30 am after being discharged at 6:30 am. We were both very upset, even angry that we had to return. Immediately, Chris made us forget about our anger without even telling him about it just by how welcomed he made us feel. But what set Chris apart from all other nurses and personnel was that he made a personal connection with my husband over video games! Chris answered the "hundred" questions we had during our stay. He answered every question with patience and compassion.
