Chris was nominated both by a patient and by a mother. He was nominated for delivering compassionate care and making each patient feel as though he or she was Chris's only patient. Chris went out of his way to customize the care he gave to fit the needs of each patient, making them feel as though he was listening. Because of this, Chris was able to make great progress with patients who were not necessarily willing to ambulate and participate in therapies.
